About Juwa Adda
Who we are
Juwa Adda is a free card, dice and board game app made by Vividia Infosys Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu, Nepal. It puts the games played at Nepali family gatherings and Dashain and Tihar card nights on the phone: Teen Patti, Call Break, Marriage, Texas Hold'em, Kitty, Langur Burja and Bagh-Chal.
You can play online, practise against bots without internet, host a table over local WiFi with friends in the same room, or open a private table with a room card. Chips are virtual only: they have no cash value and can never be cashed out or sent to another player.
How our articles are written
The blog explains the rules, scoring and house-rule arguments of the games in the app. Articles are written with AI assistance (Claude, by Anthropic) from the rules our own game engines play by, and each one is checked for generic or padded writing before it is published.
Card games in Nepal are played with many house rules, so an article names the variants it knows and says when tables differ. If a rule in an article does not match how it is played, write to [email protected]: we correct the article and its “updated” date changes.
We do not write about real-money play, betting or ways to earn money from card, dice and board games, and we do not accept paid placements.
