How it plays

A hand in four beats.

  2. Step 2: Blind or seen

Bet blind at the current stake, or look and play seen at double.

  3. Step 3: Pack or stay

Give up whenever you like. The last player in takes the pot.

FAQ

Good questions, asked.

How do you play Teen Patti?

Everyone pays the boot and gets three cards face down. Players bet in turn, blind or seen, until everyone but one has packed or two are left for the show. The best hand at the show, or the last player in, takes the pot.

What are blind and seen?

A blind player bets without looking, at the current stake. Once you look at your cards you play seen, and a chaal costs twice the current stake.

What is a side show?

After the first full lap, with three or more players in, a seen player can pay one chaal to compare cards in private with the seen player just before them. That player can accept or decline. If they accept, the lower hand is packed; on a tie, the player who asked is packed.

Can I play without internet?

Yes. Practice tables against bots work with no internet, and Nearby lets one phone host a table over the same WiFi so friends in the room can join without any internet connection.

Is it real money?

No. Juwa Adda uses virtual chips only. Chips have no cash value, can never be cashed out, and never move between players.
