Terms of Service.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Vividia Infosys Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal ("we", "us"), the company that makes and runs Juwa Adda — the mobile app, its online tables, and this website.

By creating an account, playing as a guest, or otherwise using Juwa Adda, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Juwa Adda.

2. Entertainment only — no real money

Juwa Adda is a social card game for entertainment. It is not gambling. Nothing in Juwa Adda can be won, cashed out, or exchanged for money, goods, or anything of monetary value.

• Chips (coins), diamonds (gems), room cards, and cosmetic items are virtual items with no cash value.
• Virtual items cannot be cashed out, sold, traded, gifted, or transferred to another player — inside or outside the app. Chips never move from one player to another; stakes go to the table's pot and pots are paid by the game.
• Buying, selling, or trading accounts or virtual items for money or anything else, or using Juwa Adda to settle bets made elsewhere, is prohibited and leads to account closure.
• Success in a social card game does not mean you would succeed at real-money gambling.

3. Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You may not use Juwa Adda where it is against the law. Some features may not be offered in every country.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

4. Your account

• You can play as a guest or sign in with a supported account. A guest account lives on your device: if you uninstall the app or lose the device without linking a sign-in, the account and its items may be lost.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or someone else's. We may change or remove names that break these terms.

5. Virtual items

When you receive or buy virtual items you get a personal, limited, revocable licence to use them in Juwa Adda. You do not own them.

• Free items — the signup grant, daily bonus, refills, video rewards, Adda Pass stipends — come with limits we set and may change.
• We may correct balances that are wrong because of a bug, an outage, an exploit, a refund, or a chargeback.
• Virtual items do not expire while your account is active, but they end when your account is closed, and they have no value if the service ends.
• Offline and nearby (LAN) games use practice chips on your device. They are separate from your online balance.

6. Purchases

• Purchases are made and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms, payment methods, and refund policies apply, and refund requests go to them.
• Prices are shown in the store in your local currency before you pay and may change.
• Purchases are final except where the store or the law says otherwise. When a store refunds a purchase, we may remove what it bought from your account.
• A purchase is added to your account when the store confirms it to us. This is usually immediate; if it is not, use Restore Purchases in the app.

7. Adda Pass subscription

• Adda Pass is an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or monthly by your app store. It renews at the price shown in the store until you cancel.
• Cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You keep the Pass until the end of the period you paid for.
• Pass benefits — such as no ads, a daily chip stipend, room cards each period, pass-only cosmetics, and skip-and-keep rewards — are described in the app. We may change benefits with notice in the app; a change takes effect from your next billing period.
• Pass-only cosmetics can be used only while your Pass is active.
• Any free trial is offered on the terms shown in the store. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts.

8. Ads and rewards

• The free version shows ads between games and on some screens, never during a hand. Remove Ads or Adda Pass turns banner and between-game ads off.
• Rewarded videos are optional. A reward is added only after the ad network confirms the video to us, and daily limits apply.
• Using scripts, emulators, multiple accounts, or any other way to collect rewards unfairly is prohibited, and rewards collected that way may be removed.

9. Private tables and room cards

• A room card opens one private table. Other players join free with the table's code.
• The host chooses the game and its house rules within the options the app offers. Once a table is open, its room card is spent, even if nobody else joins.
• Share table codes only with people you want at your table.

10. Fair play and conduct

To keep tables fair and friendly, you agree not to:

• cheat, collude with other players, share cards or hands, or use bots, scripts, or modified apps;
• exploit bugs — report them to us instead;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other players, including through chat, names, or table emotes;
• impersonate us or anyone else, or try to access accounts, servers, or data that are not yours;
• use Juwa Adda for anything illegal.

11. Suspension and closing accounts

If you break these terms we may warn you, remove virtual items obtained unfairly, or suspend or close your account. Where we can, we will tell you why.

You can stop using Juwa Adda at any time and delete your account: in the app under Settings, then Delete Account, or on our account deletion page at juwaadda.com/delete-account. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.

12. The service

• We keep improving Juwa Adda and may add, change, or remove games, features, and items.
• Online play needs an internet connection. We work to keep tables running, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or error-free. If a table fails mid-hand, stakes in that hand are returned.
• If we ever end the service, we will give notice in the app first.

13. Our content

Juwa Adda, its name and logo, its artwork, card designs, software, and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them, or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

14. Disclaimers and liability

Juwa Adda is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Kathmandu, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
